The institute
• Open from 8.30 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
• Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
• The library is open on the same days from 9 am to 6 pm.
• 2026 Summer break: from Saturday 25 July to Sunday 23 August. Reopening on Monday 24 August.
• 2026 Winter break: from Monday 21 December 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027. Reopening on Monday 4 January 2027.
The museum - Maison Poincaré
• Open from 2 pm to 5.30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays ; from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays ; and from 2 pm to 6 pm on Saturdays. Last entry 45 minutes before closing.
• Closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
• 2026 Summer break: from Monday 27 July to Friday 4 September. Reopening on Saturday 5 September.
• 2026 Winter break: from Friday 25 December 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027. Reopening on Monday 4 January 2027.
