Opening hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Closed on Wednesday, Sunday, and public holidays.

2026 Summer break: from Monday 27 July to Saturday 22 August. Reopening on Monday 24 August.

2026 Winter break: from Monday 21 December 2026 to Saturday 2 January 2027. Reopening on Monday 4 January 2027.

Tickets are often sold out well ahead of time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
 
The museum's capacity being limited for security reasons, people who have not booked their tickets are not guaranteed entry.
 
During peak periods (Saturdays and school holidays), we invite you to book in advance online your tickets for the museum and its events.
 
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Please note: last entry 45 minutes before closing.

Security

For security reasons, it is prohibited to enter the museum with a suitcase or a large backpack (larger than 50x25x40 cm). Baggage lockers are only accessible to labeled and checked baggage. Please show the content of your bags when requested by security officers.

The museum is aimed at an audience aged 12 and over. Any minor under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. The average visit duration is two hours.

A family booklet will soon be available for a one-hour visit of children aged 7 and over.

Lockers are available free of charge in the basement to store backpacks or other small luggage, which are prohibited for the visit.

Dogs and other pets are prohibited in the museum. Only guide dogs for disabled people are authorized.

The museum does not provide petcare during the visit of their owner.

Strollers, scooters, skateboards, bicycles even folded, are prohibited in the museum. They can be left outside the museum entrance under the responsibility of the owners.
