The Institut Henri Poincaré and the Galerie Wagner present the group exhibition "Rencontre des infinis", associating mathematics and contemporary art.
Mathematics and the arts share much: a practice of constant research, and an expression that takes shape through signs and symbols that are their own.
The exhibition "Rencontre des infinis" highlights a selection of contemporary works, housed in the library of the Institut Henri Poincaré and among its mathematical models: an encounter between two worlds, at the crossroads of aesthetics and language.
Five artists from the Galerie Wagner, curated by Clara Quenet, are invited to exhibit their work:
From March 02 to April 15, 2022
Library of the Institut Henri Poincaré, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
